This page explains what information Prima Mobile Detailing collects when you visit primadetailing.com, book with me, or get emails from me, and what I do with it. I run Prima myself, so if you have a question about your information, you can reach me directly.

What I collect

Forms on this site (Jotform): when you fill out a quote, contact, or giveaway form, I get what you type in, such as your name, phone number, email, address or service location, vehicle details, and your message. Jotform hosts these forms and stores the submissions for me.
Booking and invoices (Urable): when you book online or I schedule you, your name, contact details, service address, vehicle details, appointment history, and invoices are kept in Urable, the scheduling and invoicing software I use. Payments are handled through that system and its payment processor; I do not keep full card numbers myself.
Email (Brevo): if you give me your email, I may use Brevo to send appointment-related emails and, if you signed up or are a customer, occasional updates and offers.
Meta pixel and ads: this site uses the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel. It tells Meta which pages were visited and helps me measure and show my ads to people who may be interested. Meta may combine this with information it already has about you under its own policies.
Analytics and cookies: this site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device and browser type, general location, clicks and scrolling) so I can improve it. These tools use cookies. The cookie banner on this site lets you choose which non-essential cookies to allow.

How I use it

To answer your questions, give quotes, schedule and perform your detail, and send invoices and receipts.
To send appointment reminders and, if you agreed, updates and offers.
To run and check the results of my ads, and to improve this website.
To run the Road to 1K giveaway and contact winners.
To keep business records and meet legal requirements.

Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information. I only share it with the service providers listed above (Jotform, Urable and its payment processor, Brevo, Meta, Google, and Microsoft) so they can do their part, or when the law requires it.

Your choices and how to opt out

Marketing emails: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or contact me and I will remove you.
Cookies, analytics, and the Meta pixel: use the cookie banner on this site to change your choices, or block cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
Your information: you can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. I may need to keep some records, such as invoices, where the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

I use reputable software providers and limit access to your information to what is needed to run my business. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share with me.

Children

This site and my services are not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If I change this policy, I will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
